Our on-site intervention consists in three parts:

• Thirty minutes of movement with yoga
• Thirty minutes of sound bath including singing bowls, drums, rattles, flutes & keyboards, songs and chants
• About 20 minutes to unload/load, set up and wrap up instruments, along with other equipment like headphones, yoga mats, etc. Then debrief with the teachers/counselors/parents.

We replied:

We sing!

We play instruments!

We move the body for the mind to follow!

We jump to the stars with the drum!

We propose other languages of expression!

We dance together to open the doors of  your perception where words are not enough or don't exist!

We haul to the sun because it counts too!
