A Vibe Session

Our on-site intervention consists in three parts:

Thirty minutes of movement with yoga
Thirty minutes of sound bath including singing bowls, drums, rattles, flutes & keyboards, songs and chants
About 30 minutes to unload/load, set up and wrap up instruments, along with other equipment like headphones, yoga mats, etc. Then debrief with the teachers/counselors/parents.

What does a session look like?

We sing!

We play instruments!

We move the body for the mind to follow!

We jump to the stars!

We propose other languages of expression!

We dance together as a fierce attempt to open the door of the cage in which we are trapped and where words are not enough or don't exist!

We haul to the sun because it counts too!

We listen to the moon!
