A Vibe Session

Our on-site intervention consists in three parts:

20-30 minutes of yoga movement accompanied with vibrational sounds
15-20 minutes of music & sound creation as a group, with dancing
15-20 minutes of sound bath including singing bowls, drums, rattles, flutes & keyboards, songs and chants paired with a guided meditation
About 20 minutes to unload/load, set up and wrap up instruments, along with other equipment like headphones, yoga mats, etc. Then debrief with the teachers/counselors/parents.

We answered Lena, 5 when she asked us what we were doing, here what we said:

We sing!

We play instruments!

We move the body for the mind to follow!

We roll over and over!

We jump to the stars!

We propose other languages of expression!

We dance together as a fierce attempt to open the door of the cage in which we are trapped and where words are not enough or don't exist!

We listen to the winds!

We dance to the sun and we haul to the moon because it's important too.
