Our sessions are designed to be accessible, adaptable, and thoughtfully prepared for each group we serve.

• Standard Session Rate: $350 per session
• Sliding Scale:
  We offer a sliding scale for organizations and individuals experiencing financial hardship. Please reach out to discuss options—we are committed to accessibility. 
• Private In-Home Groups:
  $40 per person (minimum of 5 participants) 

Multi-Session Discounts (Same Location)

For schools and organizations booking multiple sessions in one day:

• First session: $350 
• Additional sessions: $300 each 
• Maximum of 4 sessions per day 
• A 60-minute break is required after the first two sessions 

Planning & Payment Policy

Each Session involves careful coordination, including communication, scheduling, and adapting to the specific needs of each group.

To ensure proper preparation, we kindly request that:

• Full payment is received at least one week prior to the scheduled session

Travel Notice

For sessions located in Central and Eastern Massachusetts, including the Boston metropolitan area, please contact us directly prior to booking online to confirm availability and travel arrangements.

We understand that schedules can change. At the same time, each Vibe Session requires significant preparation, coordination, and travel planning. The following policy helps us balance flexibility with sustainability:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance
  Full refund or option to reschedule at no additional cost. 
• Cancellations made 3–6 days in advance
  50% refund or option to reschedule once at no additional cost. 
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance
  Non-refundable. Rescheduling may be offered on a case-by-case basis depending on availability. 

Rescheduling

• One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested at least 72 hours in advance. 
• Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a fee.
